The Experience:

· The Christmas Experience is a guided group experience with a maximum of 2 families per timeslot. Visits to Father Christmas are individual family visits

· The experience consists of an outside sleigh ride and indoor themed areas and activities. Please be aware part of this experience is outside, please ensure you come dressed appropriately for the weather

· Timeslots are 10 minutes apart, please arrive at the signposted check in area 5 minutes before your timeslot. This is situated within the farm so please allow time to walk there, use the toilet, drop a buggy into the buggy park etc. We cannot guarantee participation if your arrival is after your timeslot and your sleigh has left. We will do our best to fit you in elsewhere should there be spaces available, this is not guaranteed. Missed timeslots are non refundable.

· The experience will last approximately 40 – 50 minutes

· Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ at all times, children must not be left unaccompanied at any time.

· Each booking must include at least one full paying child.

· Adult only experiences are not permitted unless the adult is visiting with a carer.

· The majority of experience is wheelchair accessible, please note to ride the sleigh you must be able to transfer into the sleigh*, we will bring your wheelchair around for you ready to get off. Should you not be able to transfer you are welcome to join the rest of the group as they disembark the sleigh to continue the experience. *please note due to health and safety regulations, transferring to the sleigh must be without the assistance of the Trilakes team.

· All full paying children will receive a gift from Father Christmas in the form of a visit to the toy shop where you will be able choose any gift you would like. Gifts from Father Christmas are non-exchangeable and we are unable to give pre-purchased gifts.

· Baby/Under 1’s may book at the reduced rate ticket, during your time with Father Christmas you will be given an age-appropriate gift instead of visiting the toy shop to choose a gift.

· Please note there is no professional photography during this experience, please feel free to take your own photos. Please check your photos before you exit as you will not be permitted to re-enter to take another

· Buggies are not permitted through the experience and must be left at the buggy park at your own risk and can be collected on exit. Baby seats which can be carried will be permitted but please note they will need to be on your lap during the sleigh ride. Should your carrier require a seat of its own you may be asked to walk alongside the sleigh, for this reason we highly recommend you opt for a wearable carrier where possible.

· Please ensure you arrive on time, missed timeslots will be re-booked only subject to availability. Should this not be possible, missed timeslots are non refundable.

· Trilakes Mini Farm and Playbarn reserves the right to refuse entry.

· Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, you will be ejected from the site, refunds will not be available.

· All payments are non-refundable.

 

 

 

Dates and Pricing:

· Santa's Lakeside Sleighride tickets also include entry to the farm. Admittance to the farm will be subject to normal opening hours, admittance before or after the normal opening hours will not be permitted. The farm closes to the public at 4pm, if your Christmas experience timeslot is after this time you will not be permitted to stay on the farm

· Tickets include use of the soft play for up to 90 minutes before your Christmas experience. This may ONLY be used BEFORE your booked Christmas experience timeslot. Once you have left the soft play re-entry will not be permitted. The soft play opens at 9.30am and therefore the first Christmas Experience sessions of the day will only be able to access the soft play then. Whilst inside the indoor playbarn, normal playbarn rules must be adhered to.

· No compensation will be available for shorter soft play sessions. If you would like the full 90 minutes available, please ensure you book a timeslot suitable and arrive within enough time to play and get to the check in 5 minutes before your timeslot

· Baby/Under 1’s may book at the reduced rate ticket, during your time with Father Christmas you will be given an age-appropriate gift instead of visiting the toy shop to choose a gift.

Booking and Confirmation

Bookings are via our online booking system only. Bookings cannot be taken onsite or over the phone as per previous years. Full payment required at the time of booking

· Due to the popularity of the experience it is advisable to pre-book. Same day online bookings are not available

· On the day tickets will be subject to availability and are not guaranteed, on the day tickets can only be booked on site.

· Your confirmation will be emailed to the email address your provided within 48 hours of booking. If you do not receive this, check your junk folder and/or call the team asap. Ensure you bring your confirmation with you on the day via printed or electronic copy.

· Admission will be permitted on production of a valid confirmation ticket.

· It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the date and times of your booked tickets before arrival, please ensure you arrive at check in 5 minutes before your timeslot.

· Visit dates are only transferrable subject to availability. Should alternative dates not be available, refunds will not be given

· Should you need to transfer your booking date or time, we will do our best to find you another convenient slot but this is not guaranteed. Changes to your booking require a MINIMUM of 72 hours notice, admin fees apply.

· Should you need to add a person to your booking you will need to call Trilakes directly.

· No compensation is available due to adverse weather conditions, closing times or should the weather deem the ground on the farm unsuitable to walk around safely

· All tickets purchased are non-refundable.

· Trilakes Mini Farm and Playbarn is unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at this site, including but not limited to damage and losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to negligence of the ticket holder or the actions of another patron.

· Trilakes Mini Farm and Playbarn reserves the right to change the itinerary and activities on offer without prior notice and attractions may be subject to change.
